All we knew was that we had a disaster bathroom that we needed fixing, without knowing how or what we wanted it to look like once it was done and Chris completely turned our disaster into a miracle. Chris and his team did a fantastic job of transforming an old separate toilet and bathroom into a new luxury bathroom with recessed shower. Chris was very communicative and responsive throughout, and each specialist did their job to a high level. I provided a design and they did their best to stick to it while suggesting necessary tweaks. They also took on a number of extra requests within the agreed time-scale and all were delivered to a high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
