Dean and Ben did a great job removing our old boiler, cold water tanks/immersion heater and replacing with a new combi boiler up in the loft. Bird heating took the job then found it difficult to come on all occasions as they came from some distance and this was uneconomic for them. The work was done sufficiently and all leaks were resolved. Additional plumbing requests were not possible and another plumber needed to be called.

Didn't all go to plan, I think Dean would agree with that. But the measure of a tradesman is how they deal with problems. Dean returned at the first instance and rectified the fault. Despite marking Dean down slightly - I can thouroughly recommend Bird Heating. Prompt, clean, pleasant and trustworthy.

We have just had the entire central heating and boiler replaced in our Victorian 4 bed house. From the moment Bird Heating turned up to provide a quote, it was nothing but professional. He turned up when he said he would, was able to answer all our questions, accommodated changing requirements, was extremely neat and tidy when doing the work. Stuck to the budget agreed and removed all rubbish at the end of the job. Superb. Cheapest? Nope but I would recommend in a heartbeat.
