Ben communicated well. He arrived at the agreed time and did exactly what he was asked in a very professional and efficient manner. When the work was completed Ben submitted what we considered a very reasonable invoice. I would be pleased to have him do other work for me and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good, reliable electrician.

Ben did a great job, he was friendly and competent got straight into the job and completed it within the call out time allotted. He was neat an tidy and very professional. Ben is a fantastic electrician that goes above and beyond to help you. He even tried to fix a problem created by the roof light company, and would not let me pay him for it! His work is first class, he fits in with other trades he does not know, he always turns up when he says and keeps in touch via txt. He bills promptly via online easy to read and understand invoices which you can also pay automatically. I would recommend Ben to anyone on any size of electrical job.

Ben was professional yet friendly and he charges for the exact work he does, i.e if its 4.5 hours he doesn't round it up to 5. He gave us advice when asked and also offered his knowledge freely. Ben was happy to answer all questions we had, even when we inadvertently messaged him while he was on holiday! Will be using again and would happily reccommend.
