Ace were brilliant from start to finish. Always giving good advice on products and were friendly and professional at all times. The old bathroom was striped out with minimal mess and replaced with a smart shower unit & the bathroom wall were tiled. If we required any minor changes they were made without any fuss. Returning customer, Ace had previously complete a bathroom renovation for us. This time hired to install our wren kitchen, plus electrical work and new radiators throughout our open plan kitchen/living. Paul and Mike reviewed our kitchen plans to make sure there were no mistakes to give us peace of mind. Work involved opening up and old boiler cupboard so we could fit integrated ovens and units. Again, great end result, kitchen was installed and all other work complete within a few weeks. 5* Team

Paul and Team were hired to renovate our dated bathroom. Paul team arranged time to quote and talk through our ideas and then went away to recommend products that would fit our space. Quote was competitive and the products he recommended matched our vision. He quickly fit us into his schedule and started. The team were diligent and punctual, keeping us in the loop with every decision. End result was unrecognisable from the dated bathroom we once knew. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Ace electrical and plumbing came and did a bathroom and cloakroom refit for us at the beginning of the year. They did an excellent job, with a good attention to detail and we are really pleased with the outcome. The team are really friendly, always punctual and work very hard. We have already recommended them to family and have asked them to come back and give us a quote for another job.

Had our kitchen completely refitted by Ace..Paul and his team were punctual ,friendly and worked to a very high standard.. finished kitchen far exceeded our expectations...would definitely recommend and use again..

Paul is a very polite, professional trademans focused on delivering quality work that meets the customer's satisfaction. He offered advice that helped inform the design of the bathroom and completed the works within budget. Paul was very responsive to requests and was able to adapt his work when other suppliers let me down. Having not used 'Rated People' or Paul before, I was a little cautious however, I would definately recommend and use both services in the future.

i will use paul and mike again for other jobs i want doing as they are very good workers and, double check with you first to make sure that you are happy before starting anything. they are very friendly and easy to get on with my bathroom looks lovely and so professionaly finished i am so pleased with what they have done. all rubbish cleared as agreed i will recomend them to friends and anyone else who wants a good reliable tradesman.well done paul and mike and thanks again for the lovely job done.

Paul and his son Mike undertook what turned out to be quite a major refurbishment of our bathroom. They were always reliable and on time and worked hard to get the job done in the quickest time possible. A few changes were negotiated and discussed along the way. Paul was always honest and upfront about any changes to the design or timeframe. A small snagging issue was resolved quickly and without fuss and we are pleased with the overall result.

Pauls work was excellent, but I feel the finish let him down slightly as I feel it was rushed on the last day. Would recomend him to friends and family as he was good value and very reliable and overall I am happy with my new bathroom

very helpful and lots of ideas to get the perfect bathroom - replaced a main bathroom and ensuite- kept to time and very tidy - i came home to no mess which was great. excellent finish for both rooms and any snagging issues were promptly sorted out. liked the fact that paul sent me brochures on email so i could choose at my leisure what i wanted - and if i couldn't find what i wanted then he soon found an alternative. would certainly recommend his work and value for money.

The quote was realistic and well priced. He was restricted by me to a tight timescale due to personal circumstances. The workmanship was good and the attention to detail was good too. Only issue would be my inexperience in what to clarify as what was and wasnt part of the quote. There were a couple of post install glitches which Paul was quick to return to resolve. Happy to recommend his work, which I displayed on my facebook profile and it received universal appreciation. Well done Paul. Thank you.
