Very helpful, gave a good overview of the problem and let me choose whether I wanted the more expensive LT fix or to last the summer with a cheaper interim. Would definitely recommend and I will be using him again if anything goes wrong in future.

I had a call back within an hour of submitting the job, and he was able to come over within another hour. Provided a quote and fixed the fault that same morning so was very pleased after having had no hot water for a couple of days. Also provided a warrantee for the work done

Very pleased with response time, arranging appointment, and quality of work. Could not get a price before having tradesman out (I did ask) but decided to try anyway. Two hours work in total, cost £250. Given cost of lead, travelling time etc I thought this was ok if a bit high, but did not try to argue. Plumber was very helpful throughout, we got a few bits done that I am happy with. The most important thing for me was that he seemed very competent.
