Excellent, was very helpful with things about the boiler our former plumber hadn't explained, and he was very polite. I will have him back to do more some other plumbing that needs doing, and I'm going to recommend him to my partner's mom for her tap issue.

An excellent response to my initial enquiry and completed to a standard of work. Informed me of necessary changes to the work that had been agreed before starting and throughout always conscious of safety. Took time to inform us of the product, it's operation and fully explained the documentation. Understand the increased cost of the work but surprised of how much for the mornings work. Perhaps that is the charge for gas installations. Would invite ABU to work again for us.
