Andre was excellent from the first meeting with us to discuss and estimate the work required. He has completely transformed the bathroom by removing an old electric shower, re-tiling the wall (including some additional tiling behind the bath requested by us) and installing a new thermostatic mixer shower. My wife's initial reaction was "Oh my god it's beautiful" Not only was the standard of work excellent, he tidied and cleaned up as he went along. A superb job and I would recommend Andre to anyone.

Andre was a really nice chap. He turned up on time and had rather a long day. He carried out the work on a Saturday as requested, which saved us trying to book time off work etc. He made it very clear, if we had any issues, to contact him and he would come out and sort it, but we have had no issues and it's nice to have some new efficient radiators. I thought his pricing was very competitive and I would not hesitate in using him again or recommending him to others.

Andre was punctual and spent a lot of time investigating/resolving the issue with my boiler. Came over 3 times, 1st to check the fault, 2nd to replace the suspected faulty part and then finally to replace the actual part that was faulty. He utilises a network of fellow engineers to source parts, making the repair of your boiler as cheap as possible. What made Andre even more impressive was he came out on Good Friday to fix the fault knowing that I was without heating and hot water for 2 wks.

Andre told me that he would arrive at 0930 and he did arrive promptly. He offered to wear shoe covers and was very polite. The boiler service took between 20-30 mins. Furthermore I forgot to get the boiler book out for Andre to sign, bit like an MOT book but he reminded me and signed it. His workmanship is faultless and I would definitely recommend him.
