They were early. Did an excellent and very thorough job. I needed a leaking dishwasher fixing and they spent nearly three hours finding the source of the problem. The job was done well and cleaned up. Polite, explained what needed to be done. Will be using them again.

On the plus side, the boiler repair man turned up when he said he would. However, I wasn't much impressed as he only spent 5 minutes to tell me my boiler couldn't be repaired. All he wanted to do was give me a price for a new boiler. There was no diagnostic effort at all.
