Rod turned up on time and promptly carried out a thorough investigation to pin point the source of the problem. Within an hour he had found the source of the leak and was able to advise me how to proceed. I would have no problem using 247 again, as they delivered a professional and budget friendly service.

To replace this 25 years+ ancient gas hob required a person with experience in gas, electricity and carpentry - 4.5 - 5 hours of continuous work. Rod gets 5 stars for tackling a 40 year your old boiler that few gas engineers would take on. The task seemed to be straightforward but was a lot more tricky than expected. Rod persisted with the fix rather than giving up. His can do attitude is super. He got the job done.

Rodney and Joe have been very helpful with my request. Initially, there was a leak with the filter and this was fixed on the day. However, I also experienced a boiler pressure issue which Rodney and Joe have also fixed. Their work involved.1.Supplied and fitted new pressure relief valve 2. Reppresurised expansion vessel. 3. Cleaned out pressure relief valve system 4. Tested for leaks 5. Fired up boiler, tested and waited until it's fully functional. I would recommend Rodney and Joe for their services
