1st choice gas & plumbing services has been established for over 10 years serving local communities and businesses throughout Edinburgh, the lothian’s and beyond. Carrying out installation, servicing and repair of all gas appliances and plumbing work. We particularly specialise in fire and stove installations. From planing to execution we carry out all work undertaken to a high quality finish. We provide a 24 hour 365 days a year service and are valued by our loyal customers. We are gas safe registered, fully insured and have undertaken the highest quality training on each endeavour we undertake.

First Class service, included in living room gas fire service and safety certificate was re-spray of fake coal pieces and polishing of hearth and fire surround that brought the whole fireplace back to life, and whole job very reasonably priced. Thank you! Highly recommended,

Paul and his team did an excellent job off removing the gas fire + surrounding and carrying out the required repair work. I was also very impressed by the way they kept the area clean as they carried out work , probably leaving the are cleaner than when they arrived. For the above reasons and the very reasonable price, I would highly recommend them to anyone, and am already planning to use them for my boiler service as a result of this work

Well above average not only did he diagnosis the fault as a bent shaft that others did not find but also went out of his way to find a better handle to the fire to make it easier to operate for my wife who has arthritic hands. 120% is that is possible Well done Paul i hope to use him again to service my fire once a year very good indeed Rev Dr Terry Dobson

Hi i just would like to say a big thank you to rated people.com,and to ist Choice Gas and plumbing Services. in the past i have had so many hit,and misses with so called trades men, been ripped off so many times, i did not know who to trust any more!!! but i can honestly say that the service i got from Ist Choice Gas, and Plumbing Service was the best. Paul arrived on time,and was very helpful. I felt that he was a very honest man, and had a real passion in what he does, wish every trades man was like paul.
