A brilliant tradesman who did the job quickly and in a friendly manner-. he gave me confidence to cope with my gas appliances. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for an efficient family man who is cheerful and clever.

I hired this Mark to swap out seven radiators. Initially he quoted and I went ahead with the job. On the day before we arranged, he wanted to postpone because another job had run over, which caused some complications for me, but we managed to agree a new time. Unfortunately, he never showed up at the agreed time. I tried calling and messaging him several times but he ignored all attempts to get in touch. Very poor communication and reliability, and overall not a good experience at all.

Came out really quickly, explained what the problem was and fixed it. Showed me what to look for if it happened again. Only cost was the fixed call out charge which whilst not cheap was a lot less than I thought I was going to have to pay out.
