All the guys at Aarbon Construction were excellent, especially Elian the project manager. We bought our Kitchen from Howdens but this was a huge mistake and made the job much harder for Elian and his team. But they made it work and didn't complain at all. I would highly recommend them.

Arnes was good at communicating with me throughout the process. He provided an approximate cost by phone then visited to take measurements and firm up on the price. Although not the cheapest quote I received, Arnes price was competitive and in view of his ratings from previous customers and his accommodating personality I decided to accept his quote. Recommendation "We have recently employed NML Contracts to undertake work on our house of a challenging nature and for which the usual jobbing builder and plumber declined to quote. NML Contracts have demonstrated skills and initiative in dealing with the unexpected and produced a thoroughly satisfactory and pleasing result which has materially improved the attractiveness and serviceability of the house . The work included incorporating a porch into the lounge area , requiring an RSJ some 4.4m in length, In the course of construction t was found that the roof was concrete and was supported by the outer skin of the house, whereas the roof of the house was conventional timber and was supported by the inner skin. It was therefore necessary to use the RSJ to support the concrete and provide suitable timber supports for the main roof . This was done most expertly and quickly and was approved by the building inspectors. All energy conservation requirements were fully met . Kevin can be quite forthright and when work is in progress is very untidy. He has some superb ideas and leaves a quality job behind. After a few weeks after completion it is apparent what a super effort has been made and he makes a through job of cleaning up and leaving the site spotless. In all the best builder we have had in 25 years. Just close your eyes while the work is in progress! It comes good at the end.
