Perfect - is all I can say. Gave me a quote as part of an insurance claim. They are really diligent; hard working and actually did more than I expected them to do. They quoted 5 to 7 days to do the work but it suited us all for them to spend a couple of hours longer than normal to get the work done in 5 days rather than come back after the weekend. I'm thrilled. I'm hoping they'll come back again if/when I have more work for them. They'd be most welcome and I'd be assured of a great job.

He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Unfortunately his job quality is very poor and DIY level. Only reason I hired him was he promised to do decoration. However his work was terrible and damaged other walls that require another professional to fix the issues. He also left the work incomplete and asked the cost. I am very disappointed with the service received from SKK construction. Whilst Sean did come and give us a reasonable quote, he failed to deliver! He cancelled our first appointment 15 minutes before the set time, but rearranged another date for the following week. The second time he did not arrive and failed to respond to texts. This is an appalling service- if a trades person does not want a job, they should just say they are not interested. His failure to turn up has ruined plans for 2 weekends .

We had a small electrical job - repair of an illuminated mirror. James Hutchins was enthusiastic enough at first. He diagnosed the problem, claimed to have sourced spare parts and then requested £67 to pay for them. I gave him £80. That was six weeks ago and I haven't seen him since!!

did not return my house keys. They didn't finish job properly just kept asking for more money. They called it revising the quote, but they told me it was a fixed price at the start. It starts off low then it gets really expensive and you realise it's a false economy. The bathroom fitting was not good and the hot tAp doesn't turn on. They even tried to chArge me extra for a rat killer bait which was nothing to do with me.Finally I have to pay someone else to sort out their mess and report the keys to police"

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

After he visited the property to give us a quote, we contacted him again for an urgent job. He agreed to fix it, but while waiting for him to arrive and do the job, we could not reach him again. We have tried to call and send messages, but there has been no response. He also blocked me on WhatsApp for no reason.

They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.
