After a very bad experience with the original company that dealt with our roof we were pleasantly surprised to find a company that turned up as promised. After inspecting our roof, they explained what needed to be done and we are extremely satisfied with the way our problem has been dealt with. Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.

I've been exceeding pleased with Refurb. They have been diligent, arriving on-time, cleared up each day and most of all have spent their time doing the best job they can, never skimping on details. Their advice on the design and choices is born of experience. Georgi completed the very complex flooring of my flat using salvaged solid oak tongue and groove boards. This job took a lot of commitment to make the best use of secondhand materials and was also very labor intensive, but he showed great perseverance and always turned up happy and chatty to do the job.
