A few months after, the roof fell down and was still leaking. I have text and called Claudiu over 10 times and he ignores my requests to contact me. Looks like I will have to pay someone else to do the job properly. A very bad job done and money lost.

Rad is a fantastic Carpenter ! I was looking for a perfect job in the installation of my Wood Veneer Doors and Frames - Rad certainly delivered ! Rad has all the tools required to fit doors, the hinges were cut out with precision with a hinge jig and a router. The Frames were installed with precision, I thoroughly enjoyed watching Rad cut the hinges and install the frames. I felt I have learned by watching Rad work. We have not gone ahead with his quote but Piotr was excellent at contacting me and keeping in touch with regard to the appointments made for him to come and view the work. He was very friendly and professional and listened to what we wanted/needed and came back with a quote within a couple of days. I would have liked the quote to be a bit more detailed and ‘professional’ looking – but this was not the reason we decided not to work with him. I wish him luck with other jobs.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Adam is definitely reliable, on time and very neat for painting our sash windows. He did the job within the discussed timeframe and was transparent when it came to materials costs. I was pleased with his work and appreciated that he aimed at achieving a high quality of work which was duly noticed. Unfortunately the draught excluder strips fell off a few days after he finished his work and I also wish he had been able to help us find a bracket solution to keep the tilt windows open when needed, and my guess is that it was not his specialty. Otherwise, it was a pleasure to have Adam do this job for me.

Did not get this company to do my job..could not in honesty let someone come to my house to do a job who didn't want to look at, or measure anything but knew it would cost £800 To do it...absolutely ridiculous, but not the only company on this site who try it on.

Truly awful experience. The garage conversion was ok (bar the space around the electrical back boxes being stuffed with newspaper) but the flat refurbishment was a disaster. It started ok but as the tasks became more complex, the quality of work declined. The kitchen needed 3 fits, the bathroom has had to be rebuilt, the wiring has dropped into the walls, the joinery is execrable and the radiators don’t work. The job also took 16 weeks rather than 8.

Quality of finish was poor, not a professional std from a qual carpenter.Broke floor tiling,smashed mirror, drilled 3 saw marks into the floor as no plinth was used.Agreed to make good smashed mirror,broken tiling, saw mark damage but never returned.Marks/holes in surface facing wood covered up badly with filler/wood shavings.Gaps between cupboard doors/walls.Paid for anti water resistant wood but cheap chipboard used instead.Drilled through the opposing wall which required patching.Would never recommend

Was disappointed that a little bit of damage was done to the door, also, no dust sheets, the initial job I am happy with but the door is very slightly sticking at the door frame, never done this before, I will admit that it's so tiny and perhaps I'm being picky, but I don't want one problem solved to be left with perhaps another one in the future, I know nothing about hanging doors but feel that this one hasn't been quite correctly hung, I may be wrong, only time will tell...

I am grateful for your help with a bathroom refit that wasn't straightforward, as it was for my father with dementia. i Installing a shower seat and supportive stud wall with anti slip flooring and upgrading electrics for a dementia friendly electric shower. It wasn't easy working in a small flat. We had to finish the job ourselves to make it easier for dad but your work has stood up, the shower works and the seat is strong.
