His work has been of excellant standard. His workers are very reliable and we are kept up to date at every stage of the build. Tony and his sons came to us to do a fairly small renovation. By the time we had finished adding things on to their list they were with us for over 2 weeks. They took changes in their stride, with good humour and also suggested ways we could save time and money whilst still achieving the look we wanted. And most importantly they were hard working, trustworthy and clean - tidying and wiping down every night before they left. We were so impressed, we have now asked Tony to build our extension.

Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.
