Rhys is a very friendly guy, easy to get on with and professional. The job price was under estimated based on the time taken. However, It was a tricky job and this is the nature of most construction jobs with reference to timing.. I don't have any faults with Rhys and if there's any problems he's willing to negotiate a compromise.

Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. Initially the job was to decorate the hallway in my flat but when I saw the standard of work ended up having my lounge, kitchen and bedroom decorated too. Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder
