The project turned into a whole bathroom & kitchen refit so it was a large job. The Claridges were thoroughly professional and clean. They came along a few times and designed it up for me, incorporating any of our feedback into the design. The work took a lot longer than planned, but it was very extensive. I was told a "team" would work on the job but instead he sent an old man who speaks no English making communication hard.The job was slow making it hard for us to use the facilities in the house. He suddenly cancelled an appointment after we had taken the day off at work! He did not protect the paint from dripping on the carpet. When I asked to make a few changes I was told to pay a ridiculous amount more! At the end he left in the middle of the job leaving me with stained carpets, & mess everywhere.
