Dig it were excellent from start to finish. They were polite, prompt and efficient and the end result was even better than expected. Good value too, considerably less than other quotes we recieved. Very keen to impress however could not assist with plumbing side of things and had to get friend to assist which delayed tiling. Ensure you know exact tiles you purchase and get leftovers as overpriced and took away edging tiles, if i hadnt challenged. Floor tiles uneven and grout continually comes out. Wall tiles good. Nice tradesman but because of some hiccups would not recommend to a friend. Cannot fault his hard work and enthusiams to please though.

griffin builders were flexible as the job went along. We made changes as we went along and he was absolutely fine with that. I have always seen him calm and willing to give advise and go out of his way to get us samples, etc. Never was he ever flustered and always in a good mood. He was always calm and approachable . Very good attitude and did an excellent job with no cutting corners. He had pride in his work and maintained high standards throughout. His knowledge of hard landscaping is second to none.

I wasn't at home when Ricky came to do the job but I was around for some of it. Ricky worked solidly and knocked on the door at the end of the garden clearance. He knew exactly what he was doing, even removing dead plants. The grass is cut where it previously looked like it was part of the jungles of Borneo. removal of the rubbish cost extra, and I would have preferred to know this beforehand, to have the right money, but he was so reasonably priced.
