Artificial grass- I had a hard time with him to get the job done. A lot of defects and issues of work done and initially was arguing a lot for them and then looked into 3 weeks later. He was not at the site and his workmen were trying to fool me out constantly even at major mistakes they were doing. I had to get into the work to get it done to an acceptable level even though it was not done as agreed. I’m asking now for 2 weeks for the invoice for the payment still not had as promised by post/email.

We had bob and his team, jack and ryan in to do a dining room extention on the back of the house, also decking and a pagoda built. We are so pleased, they did an amazing job. Top quality. We are a local church in London providing food bank and coffee mornings twice a week for the homeless. We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.

We were contacted by the company who could pay us a visit extremely quickly. Despite a professional front A day after the job was ‘done’ the window started leaking again. I texted Roger and he read the message but didn’t reply. I asked my father to contact and Roger has repeatedly fobbed him off. Have offered them every chance to fix the window before leaving a review but no response. Has taken all my money and not fulfilled his “4 year guarantee”. AVOID!!

Nice gentleman. However, did not execute as described. Insisted that removing the rubbish stopped at dumping it into my bins. The other rubbish as shown in the picture was left for me to deal. I did not have much energy to argue with him as I felt he was tired.

Matt was very friendly and attended promptly to replace an outdoor bottle gulley this had been fitted incorrectly by original builder from time property built. He problem solved the issue and installed a new bottle gulley.. I give this 5 star for his customer service as had to return to re adjust the the installation due to water overflow. But now all good and sorted.

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

I wish I could upload pictures to show how our bathroom was left. After the works were "complete" we had to hire another tiler to come and take it all down and start again. So disappointed to have to pay twice because the first job was done to such a poor standard. Everyone that has come over have said how outrageous the tiling is and it really did ruin the bathroom. The trim looks like an amateur did it, the tiles are hollow. There's a gap behind the pipes where it was just left uneven. So unprofessional.
