I sent Steve £890 after he came to measure up so he could buy materials for my job. After 6 weeks of numerous delays and excuses he's now completely stopped texting back and won't answer my calls. I've no choice now but to go through the small claims court to try and get the money back. Really disappointing. Paul was a terrific bloke. Even waited while I chose the flooring I wanted. Left him to it and within a day he had took down patio doors a fitted 18 sq metres of laminate flooring. Looks great and I would use him again and recommend him.

these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....

Despite being told that he would contact me once he had received the parts of the window he needed, I have heard nothing for the past week. I will now need to find someone else who can get the job done. I wouldn't mind if he could not get the parts, but he has not contacted me either way, and so, I have been left wondering what is happening. Wow this person is so untrustworthy & unprofessional. A professional roofer has advised me that roofing felt should always be adhered with a heat gun. Ben Brown of ABI said he hadn't stuck it down because the sun would heat it and make it stick! then scarpered. It came loose because it wasn't stuck down in the 1st place not because of any storm. He hasn't even offered to come and take a look. Before I realised how unprofessional he was I referred my neighbour who wanted a shed doing -he did not even reply

Graham contacted me for the job of putting together a large solid oak wardrobe. He came round to assess the job and I asked him to quote me for a few other odd jobs. He arrange a day to come and said he would be there at 9am. At 10.30am on the day of question he told me by text he could not come as his dog had died. I tried to contact him on numerous occasions following this and just received frustrating cryptic texts that made no sense I eventually gave up.

No notes were taken on the initial visit and so a loose tile was left down which meant i had to rip the other tiles up before they set. The sealant around the bath and shower was a joke, they put clear sealant over grey that had been cut and so you could see the mess of grey beneath. To top it off the leak that was aparently fixed is now leaking again. Amateurs!

I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Gave a good impression when he came to price up the work. After the work was completed there were issues with the overall standard of the finish and also a problem with a specific aspect of the work. How can i know the job was going to be rubbish until it had dried. As i said i have tried jet washing the wall and it will not come off. I have spent several hrs trying to get all the footprints off the pavement and it hasn't come off. I did say i was happy with the job before it had dried then everything could be seen. Please see the pictures as i don't understand why you are saying i am lying for a refund when you can see yourself.
