I needed some help with my shower as water was leaking down through to kitchen. Two lovely trustworthy and polite gentlemen. Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. Oli is superb. Tidy, conscious, and adaptable. He stripped out the plasterboard walls and studwork in our home prior to remodelling. He worked quickly and confidently and respected our home. Whilst stripping out he came across some asbestos and he dealt with it appropriately, contacting an asbestos registered colleague and bagging it up and safety removing it at a very reasonable cost. We plan on using him again soon

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

This young man is a trained carpenter, and is probably very skilled. But his tile laying is poor. I could have done a better job myself. I had to pull some up and reglue them as he used the wrong glue. The pattern was all over the place and he put tiny strips along the door way, so that of course they have come up.

Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance

Long delay to fit unit with no contact for weeks.Screw put through water pipe, causing damage to flooring and on repair of this,more damage caused to flooring.Poor quality wood used, item not stained when requested. Cannot use a nail gun sucessfully, nails sticking out on top of unit.Weeks of no answer to calls to put things right. Compensation eventually offered for damages and hassle caused, then no answer when trying to collect compensation.Very poor service.I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.
