He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. The workmanship was of a very high quality, but the thing that really stuck out was how reliable and trustworthy Jay was.
