Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge. Liam's number has been saved in my phone and he will be my first call should I need any form of joinery in the near future. Also left the place nice and tidy finished on time. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Excellent job, the quality of windows is superb, the guys worked clean and tidy after the completion of the work. The price is reasonable, however, we had to change from white to brown colour and this made it a bit more costly, but really nice windows and a sliding balcony door, great gold chrome handles and locks. Lots of neighbours were asking for the tradesman. 1 year after installation a small sill needed a fix, they came straight away. Would highly recommend them.

Mariusz came to give us a quote for complete strip out and refit of small bathroom. We already had an idea of how the new bathroom should look and had chosen almost all the new fittings, etc. Mariusz suggested a completely new layout, which we would never have thought of and many different fittings. We chose Quality Garden Offices to do our floor after reading previous reviews, We are so glad we did. Andrew, one of their carpenter’s turned up at the agreed times, we found out he does staircases so we got him to fit our new hand/baserails and spindles as well as laying our floor.
