Took a bit of a chance here, as Reuben didn't have any previous comments or reviewers. However I have to say that I'm delighted I used him in the end, as well as a meticulous attention to detail and impeccable professionalism (I had chosen an unusual type of wallpaper which required a very specific type of adhesive, Reuben scoured London to find the appropriate product, therefore not finishing the job until much later than planned), he's also a really nice guy and I'll definitely use him in the future. Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. I would not recommend you use Richard. The initial consultation was good and the process agreed for the work was fair. However, Richard did not turn up on the day. I tried to call and there was no response. I later found out there had been a family death, so we renegotiated a date for the work to commence only to experience the same situation; a no show. This time there was no call, as to why he didn’t show. Richard demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Stay well clear!

Very pleasant and reliable. Came on time for quote, provided quote in timely manner, we arranged the date and John and his mate came and did a lovely job of our patio: breaking up old concrete, laying new, then laying tiles. The work was clean and tidy and the tiles look nice.
