I considered a few companies and chose this company based on them offering complete replacement and photos of previous work on their website and on mybuilder also. The weather was very hot but that didn't stop Phil from getting on with the job ,nor did problems he encountered .. The work was done to a high standard and when complications did occur Carl stayed late to make sure they were remedied. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating.
