The tradesperson, Lewis, came to give me a quote, we got chatting and he offered to repair the damaged 6 meter fence FREE OF CHARGE! Avoid this company. Have mould in my roof as a result of the extractor fan being connected to nothing in the loft and water just collecting up there in a random tube. All bedrooms upstairs developing mould as a result. Corners were cut. Robert was asked to return and look at the damage to which he said he was too busy and would come the next morning at 9.30am has failed to show up at all. AVOID.

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

These young people appeared as promised and undertook a contract of work. They were very likeable young men. Sadly it became apparent that they couldn’t fulfill the job they agreed to do. Indeed it saddens me to say that they did a bit more damage than they fixed. They did promise to rectify this but I haven’t seen them in a fortnight. So whilst I would be glad to see them again. I don’t think I will.

I like to do your job myself which may take a little longer but for you, you only have one person in your house thats trustworthey and everything is done right and in the right order.
