FANTASTIC - called viewed job Thursday and quoted and could start work today. Met up bought the goods which was helpful so I knew I had the right materials. Came today 30 mins earlier - not a problem - and he worked like a trojan, carefully, respectfully, tidied up after himself and even did a few more small jobs on top of what he quoted for. Cleared up, reasonably priced. Lovely friendly fellow and he's coming back for other jobs I have lined up. You can't go wrong with Michali. Great carpenter.

Perfect - is all I can say. Gave me a quote as part of an insurance claim. They are really diligent; hard working and actually did more than I expected them to do. They quoted 5 to 7 days to do the work but it suited us all for them to spend a couple of hours longer than normal to get the work done in 5 days rather than come back after the weekend. I'm thrilled. I'm hoping they'll come back again if/when I have more work for them. They'd be most welcome and I'd be assured of a great job.

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. The timings and quote agreed to were respected, he was polite and cordial, and communicated well

I am very disappointed with the service received from SKK construction. Whilst Sean did come and give us a reasonable quote, he failed to deliver! He cancelled our first appointment 15 minutes before the set time, but rearranged another date for the following week. The second time he did not arrive and failed to respond to texts. This is an appalling service- if a trades person does not want a job, they should just say they are not interested. His failure to turn up has ruined plans for 2 weekends .

ZELJKO BURGER (known as Charlie) did an amazing job of replacing a roof on our orangery from start to finish. We were quoted an extremely competitive price (Charlies quote was almost half of that quoted by a well-known competitor) and once we had accepted his quote, we were amazed at how quickly work began. Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. He viewed the job, agreed the price, took a whole day to board a small ceiling and start one of the 5 door linings. i trusted and paid the lion share of the job, wrong decision i guess, as this is what followed, he assured me he would come back the following Saturday, but then the excuses started to flow, my boss has asked me to work, its my anniversary etc... No show on the next Sat either, has blocked my number also? AVOID at all costs

I have now had to gut out the bathroom due to major damp issues and flooding as Lloyd used normal plasterboards (not waterproof) in the bathroom which were disintegrating in addition to the tiles falling off. The leaks came from his pipework from the toilet/basin/shower and most importantly, he fitted an isolation switch for the electric shower INSIDE the bathroom which is against regulations and did not create a separate shower circuit to the RCD box with its own MCB. Fortunate to have no fatalities!

He did 2 small jobs - one was fine, but the other, he did not know how to do and should have said so. This was re-polishing a kitchen worktop. He did not read the application instruction despite being shown them. His painting skills ;eave a lot to be desired and he rushed it as he was being cashed up by others. He left the job incomplete and has not been in contact to finish it completely. He is basically an ok handyman and has a lot of jobs he's juggling all the time. I wouldn't recommend him for any work.
