I am happy to recommend Ross Property Repair without reservation. A walk-in shower was completely replaced within 12 days of the initial assessment visit. William visited and sent an estimate on the days arranged and William and Ian carried out the work to a high standard in two days on the dates agreed. John Kenny done a decent job replacing new decking for me, but he built a garden gate which has been very disappointing. Paid him £500 for this gate and he used internal wood which has swollen and cracked and I’m unable to close or lock the gate.. tried to contact him for weeks to no avail.

Stay away from this company. The refurbishment work was an absolute disaster. Henry left the flat unfinished and in a dangerous state (electricity not properly installed). Nothing was done correctly: tiling uneven, bathroom no waterproof and very poorly finished, no kitchen unit we straight just to mention a few things. We are starting legal procédure as the builders blocked our phone and don’t answer anymore. Stay away from them

After receiving insurance quotes and being obliged to select the lowest price, we were leg down. Jason was a close second so we got permission to award the work to HSW. The job began two weeks earlier than expected and is now complete after 2 days. Very tidy and pleasant workers and we are pleased with the standard of workmanship.

Was originally happy with cuts, but has failed to seal the worktops properly, resulting in bubbling from water ingress. Failed to return calls and missed appointment with no explanation.
Self employed joiner. No job too small. Rates vary depending on work required. Work ranging from curtain poles and tv brackets, to laying floors and bathrooms and kitchens.

Just poor in every aspect. Sloppy workmanship has led to leaks in the bathroom, seals having to be replaced. We are now looking to have someone else come in to redo the work. Please avoid at all costs for your own sake.
