This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. An unwieldy hedge was quickly removed and taken away, ditto the untidy gravel and replaced with very neat and attractive blocks. Craig gave an excellent and professional service. He patch up our walls, boarded the ceiling, skimmed the lot and charged what he quoted, which was a very competitive price. He was on time and kept me informed of the progress throughout. We were so impressed we invited him back to do our kitchen, which we were equally impressed with. Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.

James and Jack did a wonderful job and were professional at all times. Our house has always been a challenge for anybody working on it. Nothing is straight with the walls and floors running out all over the place. They both managed to find creative ways to overcome these challenges and the end result was a set of doors that fit perfectly and look spectacular. So much so, I've asked them to undertake more work on the property.
