John Kenny done a decent job replacing new decking for me, but he built a garden gate which has been very disappointing. Paid him £500 for this gate and he used internal wood which has swollen and cracked and I’m unable to close or lock the gate.. tried to contact him for weeks to no avail.

I am happy to recommend Ross Property Repair without reservation. A walk-in shower was completely replaced within 12 days of the initial assessment visit. William visited and sent an estimate on the days arranged and William and Ian carried out the work to a high standard in two days on the dates agreed. Ricky and his team did a fantastic job replacing our felt flat roof with Firestone rubber. His work included installing all new trims around the edge of the roof so the house looks much smarter now. After some very heavy rain the roof is performing very well. Ricky has provided us with a 20 year guarantee which gives us superb piece of mind. Responded very quickly to post. Excellent dialogue and agreed price and date for uplift. Turned up on time, started the job and then left everything outside blocking the driveway and drove off. No explanation given. Called Michael and texted him and no answer back.
