He then did a loft conversion for us and also transformed a second loft space which had been rather dreary and uninspired and is now light and airy and a pleasure to be in. I was very impressed with Ben & Pete from PJPS Construction, they were friendly, professional and stayed late to get the job finished ahead of the estimated timescale. I've never left negative feedback before but so upset by Oliver Guest that I feel that others should be make aware. Despite numerous texts & promises, he fobs you off & will not finish the job. Left with a dishwasher with no door, missing plinths and no soft closers. Also, the utensil drawers have dropped already. I booked him to finish kitchen on Sat Dec 8th on 13th SEPT (job started at Easter) &despite; confirmation text on 1st Nov he still didn't turn up. Always has an excuse. Stay away.

I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.
