We cannot recommend Gordon highly enough. He is fastidious with his work and completed the 2 rooms that he decorated for us to absolute perfection in a short amount of time. Nothing is too much trouble for him. At the end of each day he tidied each room, so much so that you would almost not know he had been there! He is efficient and his time keeping is true to his word. We are delighted with the work that Gordon has done for us. If you need a decorator, look no further! Exceptional! And a nice man too!

His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. A 1st class job done. James was very reliable and helpful. He took my old carpet and underlay up for me (which i said i would have got up before he came) and also moved my wardrobe without wanting any extra money. He also took it all away. We found Darren a very reliable, professional and hardworking tradesman. The job of removing an old damp Victorian floor and relaying with concrete ready for tiling, was completed in good time and within budget despite unexpected problems with the foundations. He salvaged as many old tiles as possible to reuse and he gave us good advice and information when necessary. The site was left clean and tidy and all materials removed. Altogether an excellent job. I would highly recommend Ace Roofing. My job turned out to be more complicated than first thought but they were supportive throughout, found the best deal for me with scaffolding. They have done a really good job, left it all cleaned up and tidy too.

Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.
