Arnes was good at communicating with me throughout the process. He provided an approximate cost by phone then visited to take measurements and firm up on the price. Although not the cheapest quote I received, Arnes price was competitive and in view of his ratings from previous customers and his accommodating personality I decided to accept his quote. I certainly made the correct choice as Arnes work was of a very good standard and he was both prompt and tidy. I will certainly be using Arnes again.

Barry was very friendly and cheerful, turned up when he said he would and got on with the job with no fuss at all. He was very unobtrusive when working and performed the work to a high standard. There were a couple of things we noticed that weren't quite right once the work had finished, and he was very happy to come back round and sort things out even a couple of months later. Lovely lads, very cheerful and hardworking. My garden was a jungle - totally overgrown with weeds and lots of rubbish. They did mowing, massive weeding, cut down dead shrubs, jet-washed the patio and came back for a second day to finish up and took away tons of rubbish that the council wouldn't even take (old petrol lawnmower)! I had my loft done. The work completed in about 6 weeks with minimal disruption to us in the house. So far no issues with the building work and we are enjoying the loft space, which includes bathroom/toilet.
