Mark was punctual, professional and he was always on site when required. Mark's work was excellent, with many of the other trades on my team commenting so on numerous occasions. Mark worked well in an established team, adhered to all health and safety requirements without question and he did promptly supply method statements and insurance certificates on demand. As soon as my job was posted I was contacted by Eddie who came round to my address the same day. He assessed the problem and gave me a very good price for the work. Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.
