Wow this person is so untrustworthy & unprofessional. A professional roofer has advised me that roofing felt should always be adhered with a heat gun. Ben Brown of ABI said he hadn't stuck it down because the sun would heat it and make it stick! then scarpered. It came loose because it wasn't stuck down in the 1st place not because of any storm. He hasn't even offered to come and take a look. Before I realised how unprofessional he was I referred my neighbour who wanted a shed doing -he did not even reply

Lowes Construction installed a bathroom for us initially the work appeared to be good but he took 4 times the length of time quoted, he asked for his money leaving some of the jobs unfinished and then would not respond to our calls, e mails or letters asking when the work would be finished. When notified that the shower leaked, sinks were incorrectly positioned, damaged panel not replaced. he did not return to repair any of the problems raised. I would not reccomend anyone to employ this company.

The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Stated he could do the work for £1100 I asked him to go and check his figuers make me a written quote, I also asked to see a picture of the bath and fitting he intended to use on my bathroom. Rapid response was good, but after that it was downhill all the way. It took most of a day to do what I would expect a competent plumber to be able to do in 2 houirs. In that time he replaced the existing parts with a new syphon. The flush now worked but the bowls was very slow to empty. He left telling me there must be a blockage in the drains and drains were not his area of expertise. Dynorod came out next day and told me the drains were clear and that almost certainly the reason was that this was a siphonic system and the plumber had not supplied an essential part for this type of system. This turned out to be correct when I finally tracked down the missing part and got a different plumber out to fix it. I would advise anyone needing a plumber to look elsewhere.
