Needed some sofas moving out the window, explained the job and AtoZ called quickly. They accepted the gig, and said theyd turn up prepared. They arrived, but as it was only 2 of them, we were expected to help too, which is fine, but usually makes it cheaper... But it didn't. Got the job done, friendly, just not so cost effective.

Completed resurfacing outside our business premises in December. The work was carried out promptly. BUT after a few months the surface started breaking down. A call was made. The contractor came, looked and said sorry but the work was for domestic purpose not business. It is blatantly obvious that this is a side road and as such will be used more than in a domestic situation. I have not seen him since. I would not have any work done by this company again.

My job that Paris plumbing did was to remove the an old boiler from the downstairs kitchen, and place a new Worcester boiler in the upstairs airing cupboard. The work included replacing all the old radiators too. The work was completed in about 3 days. The initial quote was £2450. There were some unknown items that came up taking the total to £2600. Martin Paris was reliable and turned the work around quite quickly.

Oh dear, it started off so well. Steve the plumber got in touch with us and turned up promptly when he said he would to give us a quote. As promised he phoned us with the quote and we made a date for a few weeks later for him to come and do the work. My husband took time off work on the day that we had arranged with the plumber, and guess what? Yep, he didn't turn up or even phone. What a total waste of our time.

It was an earlier misunderstanding when i stated that Kamesh did not respond promptly to my request for a quotation. he did respond electronically via e-mail, but through no fault of his own there was a technical fault with the e-mail. He has since come home to personally quote/advise me on the job needed and i retract i my earlier comment(03/07/12) about the disappointing service experienced. Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.

I was very pleased with the work that was done, and he did a couple of extra jobs for me at the time. He was very easy to feel comfortable with, completely reliable and very clean whilst working. I didn't actually get another quote as I went with my gut instint as it was more important to get a good job. If I had any critisism, it would be that the job quote was for one week, but it actually only took just over two days.
