Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

We required erecting a partition wall to create a walk-in wardrobe, closing an existing door opening, creating 2 new doors on existing walls, installing a new door and relocating small electrial items. Good competitive quote. Excellent team of workers. Our original plan was changed by a suggested improvement by Chris (who deserves extra praise) which turned out to be brilliant. Slight increase in the price due to the extra work but well worth it. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to employ again if the quote was competitive. The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

CHRIS TOMLIN This was not an easy task, hence the reason we wanted someone else to do it. IE cut 2 inches from a 1.5 inch think, 5 ft long 19th century slate mantelpiece. We were afraid of it shattering/splitting and all sorts. Chris did this and pieced together our beautiful reclaimed slate fire surround for a very very reasonable rate. 95% perfect but 100% if you don't use a magnifying glass. Would definitely recommend
