This young man is a trained carpenter, and is probably very skilled. But his tile laying is poor. I could have done a better job myself. I had to pull some up and reglue them as he used the wrong glue. The pattern was all over the place and he put tiny strips along the door way, so that of course they have come up.

I hired him for a toilet job and paid upfront, but he failed to complete the work and disappeared with my money. After many attempts to contact him, I had to take legal action. I eventually won a court judgment, but it has been a long process. Mr. Woods is now being pursued by the police and the court for the funds he took. Removed an existing boiler and relocated/fitted a new combi-boiler inside one day for a great price. British Gas had quoted three times the price for the same job. Quite hard to get hold of on the phone, but worth persevering with.

Long delay to fit unit with no contact for weeks.Screw put through water pipe, causing damage to flooring and on repair of this,more damage caused to flooring.Poor quality wood used, item not stained when requested. Cannot use a nail gun sucessfully, nails sticking out on top of unit.Weeks of no answer to calls to put things right. Compensation eventually offered for damages and hassle caused, then no answer when trying to collect compensation.Very poor service.I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

Came to repair the hole, all good until our trusted decorator came to paint the ceilings. He did his mis-coat and then the plaster all bubbled up and peeled off.. have been told that the board wasn’t sealed with pva before plastering, so any moisture has just sunk through with nothing to cling to.. no we have to pay to get the ceiling re-done!!
