Whilst the job took longer than expected it cost me no more than the original quote. After 2 - 3 days it became clear that the problem had not been resolved however he has agreed to come back and install a new part to see if this solves the problem. He has said that he will only charge me for the part and not his time. At the end of day you cannot get it it right first time every time, however it is not often that you will get a tradesman who will keep working with you to solve a problem. So whilst the problem is not solved I am impressed by the reliability of the individual involved.

I required 6 radiators replacing and a system flush. I obtained quotes from a number of tradesmen but found Reaction Plumbing & Heating to be the most comprehensive and competitive quote. James & Matt were punctual, tidy and polite and completed the job within the qiven timescale. Their work is of the highest quality and the end result is so professional. Alex is a really thorough worker and will not leave a job less than perfect. I had him fit a new sink and tap in my kitchen and of course it did not turn out to be a straightforward job. He did it so well that I had him rectify another plumbing job in the bathroom at the same time and both have been finished to an excellent standard. A friendly chap, persistent in finding solutions to problems and doesn't even leave rubbish behind when he's finished! Would recommend highly.

Unfinished skirting board installation. All seemed well at first, but a few weeks later I noticed sealant had been missed under all of the radiators. I contacted Steven to see if he could get somebody finish this off. He said maybe the silicone gun couldn't get under the radiators - this wasn't the case as sealant had been done up to the pipes (which were chipped into the wall, so even less of an obstruction). A week later, I have had no further contact hence why I am l leaving this review.
