Jobs is done for a landlord , but these guys did not keep their word in giving the price before conducting the job, they afterwards pressured me to pay a large sum of money, way more than the job is worth. They also promised to send pictures of completed job, but failed to do so. Keep away, for your piece of mind!

Both the guys had good knowledge of what was required but they rushed the job and I had to have them back to make good. They did this with no problems and even reduced the price for the inconvenience. I would use them again but would make sure not to pay until I was satisfied with the work.

Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok

My kitchen tap had broken. I provided replacement parts and plumber was to replace. I was left with a leaking sink (into the cupboard below) and the hot/cold intakes switched in the opposite direction. I had to carry out work myself after the plumber had left and ended up calling another plumber to fix the sink properly.

They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.
