We hired Shaun to re-plumb and re-tile our bathroom after previous builders had botched the job and left it in a terrible state. It was a complicated job but Shaun was brilliant, tackling all unexpected problems calmly, putting in long days and offering useful advice the whole way along. He cleared up after himself everyday, caused us minimal disruption and finished on time regardless of setbacks. The bathroom looks fantastic and we'll be asking Shaun back to do the kitchen. A great plumber and a real gent.

Joshua Richard is very friendly and polite person. He has real patience to understand the issues correctly and rectify it. He came to replace the old led water pipe to PVC pipe. It was a bit tricky job and he had to dig the ground to connect the pipe and secured the connection. Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.
