After being let down by another plumber, I posted the job on Rated People and Handel called within 5 minutes. He agreed to come and look at the job at 9am the next day, and arrived right on time. Even though the job wasn't as straightforward as it had first appeared, he sourced another part and returned promptly to finish the job. The price was as he first quoted. Very knowledgeable - advised which radiators to fit with the existing plumbing. They also took great care with our new cream carpets and cleared up completely afterwards which my wife was very pleased about. Job completed without any issues. We had several quotes for a complete new central heating system. DJ Phillips offered good value and the option of a ten year warranty, so we chose them. Dave and Harry were processional and polite and managed to complete a potentially very disruptive process with as little trouble as possible. During the work Jack was excellent and his work is of superb standard. He arrived promptly every day and worked extremely hard.
