Highly recommended, a professional service from start to finish. Great at communicating and kept us up to date prior to coming round to quote, so we weren't waiting in for someone who wasn't going to show up, The quote was very reasonable and they were able to source the tiles we wanted for a fantastic rate. We were most fortunate that we found Dave Minton; he was personable and easy to deal with from the outset, did what he promised and achieved a high standard of meticulous workmanship throughout. Timekeeping was spot on, the workforce was polite, cheerful and efficient at all times. Project management was fine, it was clear what was going to be done on site each day. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

'Gez' was a complete star! He listened to what I wanted and accommodated almost to the letter (compromise was made on only a few minor things because of what was/was not physically possible) His work is of a really high standard, and I can see he really takes pride in wanting to do a good job and producing a clean and beautiful job. He is extremely trustworthy, very polite and curtious (he's also a good laugh!)He always lets you know what he is going to be doing the following day so you are not left wondering where you are in the job. It's very refreshing to find a true Tradesman. He came and offered advice along with his quote. Once accepted, within days he was on site preparing to rebuild my boundary wall. 2 days later it's finished and what a fantastic job too.
