The surface of the floor after we removed the old tiles was horrendous but they took it all in their stride and we now have a perfectly levelled and tiled floor. I would recommend Andy to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and skilled builder. He and a colleague took out our shower cubicle and fitted a new shower tray, replumbed the toilet and cleared a blocked pipe in the loft. It took less than 8 hours! I wanted a decorator just to make the place look a bit more presentable, nothing overly fancy as the plaster is 90 years old and really needs replacing. This man went the extra mile and the house looks superb for it, you can shine a torch down the walls or along he ceilings and not see any imperfections, and they were shockingly bad before.
