Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Victor and Jason laid 44m2 of travertine in our kitchen and we are blown away by the incredible standard of work. The surface of the floor after we removed the old tiles was horrendous but they took it all in their stride and we now have a perfectly levelled and tiled floor. I would recommend Andy to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and skilled builder. Throughout our project Andy went out of his way to minimise the mess, put up with our kids and accomodate any changes in the work that we threw at him. The finshed work was impeccable, even his plastering was better than most plasterers I've hired in the past. Very impressed with this person, he did a far superior job than what i was expecting and for a very good price. I wanted a decorator just to make the place look a bit more presentable, nothing overly fancy as the plaster is 90 years old and really needs replacing. This man went the extra mile and the house looks superb for it, you can shine a torch down the walls or along he ceilings and not see any imperfections, and they were shockingly bad before.
