An excellent tiler. They came early and worked hard throughout the day. Fixed everything and left the bathroom looking clean and tidy. They fitted the bathroom floor with ceramic tiles and finished the work to a high standard.They also took care of the wash basin, in terms of screwing it on the wall and using sealants to cover any gap to prevent water seepage. As for the bath tab, old sealants were successfully removed and cleaned before applying new ones. The work was completed on time. Regards Sofi

1. Paid extra £100 to fit cupboards, drilled right through the wall and tried to hide the hole with one of the pictures 2. didn't fit the bath panel 3. the toilet was not fixed to the floor (originally fixed) 4. the taps on the sink are loose & scratched enamel off sink. 5. Didn't cap radiator, water went through to utility room. Additional costs of painting & new light fitting. Additional cost for a professional plumber supposed to be in quote. Tiling good took longer than your initial quote of 4 days.

Tiled my en suite loft bathroom. It's a wetroom and the tiles have come loose within a month and we have had to have it re-grouted 4 times since. The tiles have moved so the grout won't stay. I contacted Colin to explain what had happened but never heard back. I now have to pay someone to fix the problem! Very poor quality of work.

Awful, unprofessional and intrusive, didn't turn up when expected, took 2 months to finish job and double charged an extra 40% on top estimates. Just wanted the job finished, definitely not worth the money! Will be placing compliant directly with rated people website.

Perfect - is all I can say. Gave me a quote as part of an insurance claim. They are really diligent; hard working and actually did more than I expected them to do. They quoted 5 to 7 days to do the work but it suited us all for them to spend a couple of hours longer than normal to get the work done in 5 days rather than come back after the weekend. I'm thrilled. I'm hoping they'll come back again if/when I have more work for them. They'd be most welcome and I'd be assured of a great job.

Michael of Cytrek done a great job of restoring some of my rotten external window cills by removing the rotten wood and replacing it with new wood, plus filling, making them look virtually like new after he finished decorating them. He also done some Guttering and Roof repairs for me.

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. The poor review I posted wasn't about the later repairs. It was about the inital calls and emails I made which took a week to confirm the original work date ( poor reliability) and the difference in value between actual materials used and labour (quality and value) .

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. The timings and quote agreed to were respected, he was polite and cordial, and communicated well

I recommended this tradesperson to a family member. There was a no show on the day in question and an alternative day was arranged. There was again a no show on the second attempt. Despite numerous attempts to contact, they did not respond. This work was arranged outside of Rated People so my family member was unable to leave a negative review. Based on the decline in customer service and reliability of this tradesperson, I would not be able to recommend to others.
