I took a chance on Paul as he had no ratings but his price was good and he seemed like a nice guy and it paid off. Did a great job - tiles look fab and him and his mate worked really hard throughout the job. Also felt I could trust them enough to leave a key with them whilst I was at work. Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
