I received the phone call very quickly and Joe also emailed me as well. He came to view the job the next day and said he would be able to fix it so was able to arrange the job two days later. I was very impressed by his work as well as his reliability. All of the window sills internally he done for me where really bad also. He did give me £100 refund. But that didnt even cover the cost for a building notice. Dave is a nice genuine fella who did go out of his wat to come back and clean windows and showed willingness. Everyone has there bad days so hopefully this was just one of Dave's. We had some tricky tiles, with minimal grout, some textured, and including mitred edges, all of which is very unforgiving of any imperfections: Peter’s work was just perfect. It was also completely on schedule, and reasonably priced. It’s hard to find good tilers—we have many friends that have had tiling done and none of them could recommend their tiler. We were very lucky to find Peter, and will recommend him without hesitation.

I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
