Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Lovely people and the work was very well done and very helpful advice given -we'd have them again. The tidying up inside was also very good but outside it wasn't done properly. They came back to check work done and rectified some small issues but tidying outside could still have been better.

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. We had some painting and carpentry work completed. Ian was friendly and hardworking and we were happy to leave him in the house while we were out. The painting was of a good standard however the carpentry seemed a bit rushed and Ian had to return after he finished to put right some snags.

On our front garden he laid the artificial grass without Weed control fabric and we can see the weeds already popping up. He didn't lay the patio properly as we can see rain water stored in some areas. He didn't flatten/level the grass area where we asked him to put the Artificial grass.. he left the area in bumps. Overall, I'm really disappointed with his work and do not recommend him for any landscape work.

Paint was left bubbling on the walls, had to re do myself, took my money and ran, no idea of what 'preparation' means just painted on walls no primer used, didn't use 'textured paint' as per request, had to remind him of the rail he forgot to paint. Painted over old wallpaper too... Didn't offer to put anything right left me some paint to finish job myself...

This company is dishonest. Stupidly I paid for this job before it was finished and have been conned. They turned up 3 hours late, did 2 hours work and left early. They insisted on being paid up front saying "don't worry we'll come back to finish the job, if we didn't a bad review would kill our business". We arranged a date to come back and finish the work and they never turned up, wasting my day. They've now stopped answering calls. Next step is contacting trading standards.
